Heather is a materials scientist with a background in chemistry and preservation as well as a special interest in historic construction. She is the Vice President and Senior Chemist at Highbridge Materials Consulting, Inc. where she focuses on characterization, forensic investigations, and performance and durability studies of masonry materials. She is also an adjunct professor at Columbia University GSAPP where she lectures on cementitious materials. Heather holds a B.A. in Chemistry and Art History from Trinity University and M.S. in Historic Preservation from Columbia University.
